Labyrinth

Labyrinth 2011Unlike a maze, a labyrinth is a journey, it has one path - there are no dead ends. People walk the labyrinth slowly, as an aid to contemplative prayer and reflection, as a spiritual exercise, or as a form of prayer.

In a busy life, a labyrinth can give you space to slow down and rediscover yourself.

The Labyrinth is a meditation. We set it up from time to time in our building, usually during Holy Week, to create a space to relax, reflect, and journey. Entry is free and all are welcome.
